Maintenance Programs

Many people are too busy to think about home maintenance until an emergency arises, such as no hot water for your morning shower, no heat on a ten below day, or smoke coming out of your air conditioner's condensing unit. Get peace-of-mind and continued comfort with a Cahill Maintenance Program. For a set fee, our team will schedule regular checkups of your home’s systems. Should a piece of covered equipment fail to perform as intended, a trained technician will be promptly dispatched to repair that equipment at no additional labor cost. You also receive a 10% discount on all parts for covered equipment.
